The Corporate Governance Paralegal will support the Corporate Governance Litigation Team, known for achieving precedent-setting outcomes that enhance shareholder value and address critical governance issues. Reporting to the Managing Director of Paralegals, the role involves case management, legal research, document preparation, and coordination of litigation tasks. Responsibilities include drafting, proofreading, cite-checking, Bluebooking, and filing legal documents, as well as preparing for depositions by coordinating schedules, exhibits, and vendors. The paralegal also organizes case files, manages deadlines, retrieves production documents, and ensures compliance with federal and state filing rules.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of litigation paralegal experience, with expertise in legal research tools, federal/state filings, and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Preferred qualifications include experience with class actions and Delaware Chancery Court cases.
This full-time hybrid role offers a salary of $85k–115k, annual bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). Employees work four days in-office and one or two remotely.
