The Paralegal Coordinator (International Trade) is responsible for managing teams on large filings, providing quality control, and performing complex paralegal tasks. They will work closely with the Paralegal Manager to identify training and development needs, ensuring high standards across the practice. Core responsibilities include supporting attorneys with client-billable tasks such as research, cite-checking, and legal brief preparation, while overseeing document formatting, compliance with filing requirements, and deadlines.
This role requires advanced proficiency in office software, the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and expertise in court and agency procedures, including APO compliance. The Coordinator will regularly interact with legal teams, provide feedback to Project Assistants, and help with the development of staff. The position demands attention to detail, strong communication skills, and adherence to confidentiality standards. A minimum of two years of training or legal experience is required, and candidates must meet the firm's chargeable hours expectations.
The position offers a base salary of $120,000 to $124,000 annually, depending on skills and experience, with eligibility for the firm’s flexible work program.
