The Office Services & Facilities Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at a Boston office, ensuring smooth functioning across facilities, office services, IT, and administrative support. This full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm) involves working closely with partners, staff, and vendors to deliver exceptional service. Key responsibilities include managing the mailroom, reception, visitor access, and event logistics, while ensuring team coverage and adherence to office protocols. The manager will also supervise staff, oversee budgets, approve invoices, and maintain vendor relationships.

Facilities duties encompass handling property issues, coordinating with building management, ensuring safety compliance, and managing access cards, maintenance, and office moves. The manager leads the local Emergency Response Team and provides training on safety and equipment use. In IT support, the manager assists with hardware/software installation, AV support, and resolving technical issues, while coordinating with firmwide IT teams.

Candidates must have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience in facilities or office services—preferably in a law or professional services firm. IT experience is a plus. The position reports to the Senior Director of Facilities & Office Operations and offers a salary range of $104,000–$155,750. A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
