A leading law firm seeks a highly experienced Paralegal to support its Multifamily Housing Finance Group, focusing on closing commercial real estate loans, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions. This role emphasizes reviewing and analyzing titles and surveys for multifamily properties and includes a billable hours requirement.

Key responsibilities include title and survey review, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of commercial lending guidelines, managing loan closing timelines, and ensuring compliance with ethical legal practices. The Paralegal will work closely with attorneys and internal teams, track billable hours daily, and maintain organized documentation using the firm’s systems.

Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in title and survey review, with familiarity in ALTA/NSPS standards. Experience with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac loan processes is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The role requires the ability to manage a fast-paced workload independently and collaboratively while maintaining professionalism and adaptability.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience is required. This full-time role offers a salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Overtime availability may be necessary based on business needs.
