Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading technical engagements, delegating tasks, performing quality assurance, and driving business development initiatives. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proven skills in client management, project design, and leadership, with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 tools, including Purview, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. A background in litigation and eDiscovery is essential, along with knowledge of mobile device management and preservation methods. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills are required, and candidates should have a minimum of ten years in eDiscovery and information governance, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field. The role requires the ability to travel up to 35% of the time, with a salary range of $220,000 to $250,000 annually.
