Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 5 years’ experience with commercial real estate matters and financing transactions, as well as matters ancillary to transactions involving commercial real estate. Experience advising businesses on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of unimproved and improved properties and counseling lenders, investors, and borrowers in financing matters is required.
