A leading law firm seeks a Marketing Manager to join its Litigation Practice Group, reporting to the Director of Business Development for Litigation. This exempt position supports various litigation teams, focusing on client opportunities, reputation building, and profitability enhancement.

Key responsibilities include managing marketing initiatives aligned with strategic plans, coordinating RFPs and proposals, organizing events (e.g., webinars, sponsorships), and developing client-focused content like brochures and website updates. The role also involves tracking practice activity, integrating lateral attorneys, and contributing to rankings submissions (e.g., Chambers). Collaboration with attorneys and teams to identify client growth opportunities is essential, as is maintaining a thorough knowledge of legal market trends.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields, with 5–7 years of professional services marketing experience (law firm experience preferred). Exceptional organizational, writing, and client-service skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new software are essential.

The position offers a salary of $100,000–$130,000, a performance bonus, generous benefits, and comprehensive insurance plans. The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
