Litigation Technology Analyst

The firm seeks a Litigation Technology Analyst (LTA) to support legal teams with the collection, processing, analysis, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) for litigation and transactional matters. This role involves managing the entire eDiscovery lifecycle, consulting with attorneys on best practices, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory data requirements.

Key responsibilities include using litigation support tools (such as Relativity) to organize and produce ESI, tracking and analyzing data, generating reports, and providing technical guidance to legal teams. The LTA will also oversee project workflows, monitor deadlines, and maintain accurate records in the firm’s matter management and billing systems.

Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, 1–3 years of experience as a Relativity Administrator, and strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. Familiarity with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and litigation processes is important.

The firm values customer service orientation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering timely support to attorneys and clients. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) credentials are preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000
