The Litigation Support/eDiscovery Project Manager will oversee litigation technology, database management, and eDiscovery projects, providing support and training across the firm's six offices. Key responsibilities include participating in client calls to coordinate the collection of electronically stored information (ESI), processing ESI for document review databases, and managing these databases both in-house and with vendors. The role involves training attorneys and paralegals in document review databases, consulting on eDiscovery best practices, and ensuring effective use of technology.
Candidates should have a BA/BS degree and at least 5 years of litigation support or eDiscovery experience, with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with eDiscovery applications. A deep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and litigation support workflows is essential. Experience with Relativity and IPRO is required, while knowledge of scripting, MS-Access, information governance, FTP software, and VM environments is a plus. The position demands the ability to multi-task under pressure and flexibility for after-hours work to meet deadlines. The role offers a competitive salary between $100,000 and $130,000, adjusted for experience and job-related factors.
