The Litigation Support Analyst plays a crucial role in aiding legal teams with eDiscovery and document review processes. Key responsibilities include providing technical assistance, managing litigation databases, and training end users on relevant software. The analyst collaborates closely with attorneys and vendors to ensure effective project execution and is involved in data collection, predictive coding, and document production. A strong focus is placed on maintaining a collegial atmosphere within a small team, allowing for personal and professional growth in the ever-evolving field of legal technology.

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of three years in a litigation setting focused on electronic discovery. Candidates should understand eDiscovery concepts and be familiar with tools such as Disco, Everlaw, and Relativity. Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel is essential, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate the ability to create visual aids in presentations and exhibit a keen interest in ongoing learning to adapt to technological changes in the industry.
