Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for their San Diego office. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience and hold an ABA-approved paralegal certificate.

The role involves supporting attorneys in the Litigation Department by developing case management strategies, including discovery, expert witness preparation, and trial preparation. The paralegal will maintain communication with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and experts while upholding strict confidentiality and managing accurate billing records.

Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of Federal and State court rules and procedures, experience managing complex document reviews, and familiarity with various legal technologies such as Relativity, RelOne, Adobe Acrobat, and Westlaw/Lexis. Proficiency in proofreading, decision-making, and effective communication is essential.

The position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000.
