Litigation Paralegal – Environmental and Natural Resources

The firm is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to support its Environmental and Natural Resources practice in Bend, Oregon, with hybrid work flexibility. This role involves full case management from initiation through trial and appeals, including monitoring deadlines, drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, cite-checking, and assisting at trial.
Responsibilities include e-filing, case calendaring, document review, privilege logs, witness prep, trial support, and appellate procedures. Experience with Oregon and federal court rules is essential; California court knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in e-Discovery platforms (Relativity, iPro), Microsoft Office, iManage, and trial software (TrialPad) is required. The role demands strong organizational, communication, research, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple urgent deadlines independently and as part of a team. Candidates should have 6–10 years of litigation paralegal experience; environmental law experience and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate are preferred but not required.
The expected salary range is $75,000–$85,000 annually.
