Our client seeks a litigation paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join their aviation, aerospace, and products liability practice in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Francisco. The practice represents a diverse clientele, including airlines, airports, municipalities, government contractors, and product manufacturers, focusing on efficiently meeting litigation and client-driven deadlines.

The paralegal will draft legal documents, manage case files, assist with document production, and liaise with clients regarding claims and coverage. Additional responsibilities include monitoring court dockets, preparing spreadsheets to track claims, and organizing case-related materials. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), familiarity with court websites, and experience with web-based document review databases (e.g., Nextpoint or Relativity) are required. Strong written and oral communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information are essential. Trial experience is a plus.

Salary ranges from $105,000 to $115,000 in San Francisco and $90,000 to $100,000 in Los Angeles and Orange County, adjusted based on factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
