Litigation Paralegal

CM Legal
A prominent law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Sacramento office. This full-time role requires on-site presence for the first 90 days, with a potential hybrid schedule (three days in-office, two remote) afterward. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of complex litigation experience—preferably in employment and real estate law—and must possess strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills.
Key responsibilities include managing case databases, conducting document and factual research using eDiscovery tools like Relativity, and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process—from discovery and depositions to trial preparation and courtroom assistance. Duties also include preparing subpoenas, analyzing wage records for PAGA/class actions, coordinating trial logistics, and using advanced Excel templates for damages calculations.
Candidates must have a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or a qualifying degree with an attorney declaration, along with trial experience and proficiency in tools such as CaseMap, TextMap, iManage, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Trial Director. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are essential.
The firm offers a salary range of $90,000 to $108,000 and is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities or religious practices.
