The firm seeks a detail-oriented Legal Recruiting Specialist for its Atlanta office to manage attorney recruitment, onboarding, and integration. Key responsibilities include coordinating all logistics for the summer associate program, including scheduling, events, evaluations, and offers. The role also manages law school outreach, on-campus recruiting, and applicant tracking.
The specialist will screen lateral associate candidates, coordinate interviews, oversee due diligence, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additional duties include working with search firms, managing recruiting budgets, processing invoices, and collaborating with
Marketing on recruiting materials and social media campaigns.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in legal recruiting or a related field (law firm experience in any capacity will be considered). Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems are preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion. Flexibility for extended hours during busy recruiting periods is required.
