Legal Personnel Assistant
The Legal Personnel Assistant will work with the Director, Manager and Specialist in Legal Personnel focused on the Litigation Department.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute reports.
- Assist with special events as needed.
- Schedule and prepare materials for meetings, as well as maintain departmental calendar.
- Assist in associate review process as needed.
- Answer phones and process correspondence.
- Send and monitor conflict checks for Litigation Department related meetings and events.
- Assist the Litigation Department with various other administrative duties.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a legal or corporate environment
- Highly proficient in Word and Excel. Lotus Notes and viEval a plus.
- Proactive, energetic, hardworking team player
- Ability to collaborate with various departments throughout the firm
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Must have highly developed organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects, and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
- Must possess a high degree of integrity and sense of confidentiality
This is a hybrid role which requires in-office attendance in accordance with the schedule set forth by the department. A hybrid schedule is an essential function of this role.
Salary:
$55,000 – $62,000/ Our client offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. The firm considers a number of factors when determining compensation, including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, levels of experience, competency levels and other relevant skills and qualifications.
