The Legal Administrative/Executive Assistant position in the Litigation Department supports attorneys by managing their practices and client services. This non-exempt role offers a hybrid work schedule, with core hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and includes eligibility for overtime.
Key responsibilities include managing attorney calendars, handling administrative tasks like conflict checks and expense reimbursements, drafting and proofreading legal documents, coordinating meetings and court appearances, organizing case files, and communicating with clients, courts, and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of litigation support experience, strong familiarity with ECF filings, Westlaw, court procedures, and legal software such as Microsoft Office, iManage, and Adobe PDF tools. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
The position demands excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
