Our client is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant for their Commercial Real Estate Practice Group.

- Prioritizing assignments and preparing sensitive and detailed correspondence
- Drafting engagement letters and routine documents; assisting with document production
- Scheduling appointments, making travel and/or meeting arrangements, and maintaining business calendars
- Showing a strong sense of ownership and integrity when reading, prioritizing, and following up on client communications.
- Coordinating with billing attorneys on all monthly billing processes
- Performing related general office duties such as monitoring and ordering standard office supplies, and collating, assembling and distributing documents

- Three to five years related work experience; including experience supporting a real estate practice group
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, including advanced use of MS Word (including redlining, comparing documents, advanced formatting, TOA creation and manipulation, and hyperlinks)
- Proficiency in the use of document management systems (iManage preferred)
- High level of communication skills requiring social sensitivity and willingness to gain extensive knowledge of department procedures in order to communicate effectively with staff, management, attorneys, and clients
- Must be a problem solver, ability to work independently, prioritize, display good judgement, and handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills; very detail oriented
