Our client is looking for a junior to mid-level Health Care Litigation Associate to join their national practice in Nashville. Candidates should have a strong academic background and substantial law firm experience, with exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in complex litigation, demonstrating the ability to work independently and produce high-quality work. Experience in drafting motions and briefs, preparing depositions, and handling managed care, reimbursement issues, medical malpractice, medical staffing, or hospital-related matters is preferred. The role requires proficiency in navigating complex legal issues swiftly and effectively.

Applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, a sample brief filed in federal court if available, and a law school transcript. A JD is required, and federal clerkship experience is a plus.
