Insurance Defense Associate (Mid)

Candidates should have a strong litigation background with an emphasis on personal injury and first party property defense work. Ability to interact with clients, draft pleadings and discovery demands, conduct depositions, perform legal research and draft dispositive motions. Substantive familiarity with the rules and procedures of the Florida Courts is a must.
