Insurance Coverage Associate (Mid)

Our client, recently ranked as a Leading Firm in The Legal 500 US 2022, and maintained their rankings in Chambers USA 2022 for Insurance and Insurance: Dispute Resolution, is seeking a four to seven year associate to join its dynamic and growing San Francisco maritime and insurance coverage team.

Candidates should have a strong litigation background with solid experience analyzing insurance coverage issues. Interest or previous exposure to maritime and marine coverage is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting client reports, pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motion, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, arguing motions, and participating in trials, mediations and arbitrations. Plenty of opportunities for direct client contact and business development for lawyers who treat their role as a profession, not just a job.
