Insurance Coverage Associate (Mid)

Our client, recently ranked as a Leading Firm in The Legal 500 US 2021, the guide to outstanding firms and lawyers across the United States, is seeking Associates with 2-5 years' insurance coverage litigation experience to join its Philadelphia office. Candidates should have a strong litigation background, with experience analyzing coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions, and conducting discovery in insurance coverage litigation and other commercial litigation. The ideal candidate also will have taken and defended depositions, attended court conferences, and argued motions.

Experience handling all phases of the litigation process including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery and appeals.

Arbitration and/or trial experience is beneficial.
