Mid Level Associate – Insurance Coverage

Our client, recently ranked as a Leading Firm in The Legal 500 US 2021, the guide to outstanding firms and lawyers across the United States is seeking Associates with insurance coverage litigation experience to join its Miami team.

Candidates must be licensed in Florida with at least 4 years of insurance coverage experience. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing abilities. Top candidates will have practical case management experience in both state and federal courts, including: drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, taking and defending depositions, and court appearances.

Required experience

• At least 4 years of insurance coverage experience
• Licensed to practice in Florida
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Experience in first-party and third-party insurance coverage matters and insurance coverage litigation.
• Practical case management experience in federal court is preferred
