The Immigration Paralegal, reporting to the Immigration Manager, plays a crucial role in managing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant cases, including various petitions and applications. This position operates on a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence three days a week and is available for residents of Miami, Atlanta, or Washington, D.C. The salary range is between $33.65 and $53.84 per hour, depending on experience, with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Key responsibilities include case initiation, eligibility evaluation, preparation of immigration forms, and coordination with clients and providers for necessary documentation. Candidates should exhibit strong communication, organizational, and research skills, along with an understanding of legal requirements for immigration filings. Familiarity with immigration databases and form preparation software is essential.
A minimum of four years of corporate immigration experience is required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management tools. An advanced degree or paralegal certificate is preferred. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing workloads in a fast-paced environment.
