Our client is seeking a full-time Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to the Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, and Tax, Pension & Employment practice areas, based in New York. This role combines operational and strategic responsibilities with a focus on exceptional client service. The ideal candidate should exhibit a proactive mindset and attention to detail, embodying the qualities of a change agent and leveraging technology for efficiency.
Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders on talent strategies, serving as a trusted advisor on HR matters, and ensuring alignment across departments. The HR Business Partner will also analyze people data, address employee relations issues, conduct exit interviews, and support talent management initiatives, including performance discussions and talent reviews.
Collaboration with Talent Acquisition will ensure hiring needs are met, while a focus on wellbeing and employee experience will enhance engagement. Additionally, the role involves financial management and compliance with legal requirements. The position reports to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Americas and requires ongoing engagement with key stakeholders to align HR initiatives with the firm’s overall strategy. The expected salary range is $120-160k.
