The firm is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Health Paralegal to join its Payers, Plans, and PBM team in New York or Washington, D.C. This role focuses on supporting attorneys in drafting, proofreading, and managing high-volume healthcare contracts for top health plan clients. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing complex contracts and amendments, ensuring grammatical and formatting accuracy, tracking contract workflows, maintaining document templates, and coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (paralegal certificate preferred) and at least three years of relevant paralegal or legal administrative experience, preferably in healthcare, PBM, or health plan environments. Strong skills in Adobe Acrobat Pro, document management tools, and business writing are essential.

The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. The position is hybrid, with 60% in-office presence and 40% remote work allowed.

The salary range is $70,000–$80,000 with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. Flexibility for occasional overtime, especially during busy contracting cycles, is required.
