An esteemed law firm is seeking a full-time Estate Planning & Elder Law Paralegal to support its Elder Law, Special Needs, and Probate Litigation Group. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills who can manage attorney calendars, handle multiple phone lines, and assist with client intakes. This role focuses on enhancing client experiences and streamlining office processes while offering opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities include conducting client intakes, tracking legal files, managing attorney workflows, scheduling meetings, assisting with marketing initiatives, and supporting accounts receivable. The candidate will also maintain client communication lists in HubSpot and Salesforce, open and organize new client files, and contribute to department projects.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of legal support experience, preferably in Elder Law or Estate Planning, along with a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in legal software, Microsoft Office, and strong client service skills are required.
