Our client is seeking an ERISA Associate with 3-6 years of experience with ERISA litigation, Employee Benefits and/or Executive Compensation. The ERISA Associate will:
- Provide advice to clients on all aspects of health and welfare plans, including wrap plans, cafeteria plans and flexible benefits arrangements.
- Provide advice on the Affordable Care Act, COBRA, HIPAA, Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act, TiC and CAA 21 compliance.
- Draft and negotiate service provider agreements.
- Resolve issues relating to administration of client health and welfare plans.
Must be licensed to practice in the states of Georgia or Florida.
