Our client is seeking a mid-level associate for the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group in the Chicago, Kansas City, Denver or Dallas offices. Qualified candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a broad range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including: drafting, design, implementation, and administration of tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans; executive compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions; taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements (including Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code); and design and drafting of employment and other executive compensation arrangements.
Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing, drafting and communication skills. They are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support the national practice.

Compensation: Salary will range between $230,000 – $330,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
