The E-Learning Tech Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing e-learning programs for lawyers and administrative staff to support the adoption of technology solutions. This role involves overseeing the development and operation of e-learning courses, partnering with IT leadership to address change management needs, and maintaining the Firm’s Learning Management System (LMS). Key tasks include designing training materials, leveraging emerging e-learning technologies, managing vendor relationships, and monitoring the effectiveness of training programs. The Specialist ensures courses meet accessibility standards and compliance requirements while creating a dynamic and engaging user experience.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, ideally in instructional technology or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred. They need over five years of relevant experience, particularly in professional services or legal environments, and expertise in LMS administration, HTML, and instructional design. Strong organizational, communication, and service orientation skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. The Specialist must also be available for work beyond regular business hours when necessary.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, requires close collaboration with IT teams, and involves the deployment of learning programs across regional offices. The salary range for this position is $98,000 to $138,500 annually.
