The analyst will manage the electronic invoice submission process, troubleshooting any rejected invoices, and facilitating the acceptance of electronic submissions. Essential skills for this role include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2-3 years of professional experience in a law firm environment, strong attention to detail, proficiency in billing software (preferably Elite 3E), and excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with e-billing platforms, the London Markets, and complex billing arrangements is beneficial. The role also requires advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a commitment to service excellence while maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, including partners, attorneys, and clients.
