E-Billing Analyst

The E-Billing Analyst will manage electronic billing for the North America region, focusing on the setup and submission of invoices via designated software and vendor sites. Key responsibilities include coordinating e-billing for assigned attorneys, implementing clients on electronic billing systems, and ensuring compliance with client and firm guidelines. The role also involves troubleshooting rejected invoices, monitoring new timekeepers, and maintaining data in the Elite 3E system. The analyst will work closely with various teams, such as billing, collections, and the asbestos team, as well as provide support to the E-Billing Manager and Working Capital Controller.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, with at least three years in legal billing, preferably within a law firm. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in billing software (particularly Elite 3E), and familiarity with e-billing platforms like E-Billing Hub are essential. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, knowledge of LEDES electronic files, and experience with complex billing and rate arrangements are required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows and relationships with internal and external stakeholders are key for success in this role.
