The Document Support Supervisor for the evening shift is integral to the Document Support Services (DSS) team, ensuring timely and high-quality document formatting and support for lawyers, staff, and clients. Reporting to the Director of IT Service Management, this role collaborates with the day shift supervisor to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction while managing a team of Document Support Specialists. Responsibilities include overseeing document preparation (such as court filings and contracts), analyzing support tickets for improvement opportunities, and ensuring adherence to procedures.

The role requires a college degree, preferably in Business Administration or Information Systems, alongside 5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services environment. Skills in user-focused service improvements and familiarity with law firm technologies (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat) are essential. The position demands strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure, with a work schedule from 3:00 pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Friday. Candidates must meet U.S. export control requirements, and the salary range is $102,000 to $143,500, with remote work options available for those local to the DC office.
