The Director of Legal Training and Development will lead a team responsible for overseeing attorney training, development, and career counseling across U.S. office locations. This role involves creating and managing firmwide training initiatives, including professional, client service, and legal skills development. The director will assess and adjust programs based on effectiveness and strategic goals, collaborate with management and practice leaders to identify training needs, and manage CLE compliance and bar admissions.

Responsibilities include enhancing the firm’s University programs, managing attorney onboarding, and fostering relationships with external consultants. The role also involves evaluating e-Learning opportunities and developing content, overseeing budgeting for training initiatives, and recruiting and leading the development team. Candidates should have at least ten years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm setting. Strong skills in program design, communication, project management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. The anticipated salary range for this position is $172,000 to $233,500.
