Desktop Support Specialist
Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join the Information Technology team, working out of their Cleveland office.
Minimum Technical Skills:
- 2-4+ years of experience with providing local/remote desktop support
- 2-4+ years of experience with Windows 10/11 Desktop Operating Systems
- 2-4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 2016+
- 2-4+ years of experience with basic administration of the following:
- Active Directory
- Windows Server 2012 R2/2016+
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2013/2016+
- Working knowledge of mobile devices, laptops and desktops
- Working knowledge of common desktop applications includingMicrosoft Office
- Working knowledge of client/server printing
Familiarity with the following is a plus:
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops/DaaS
- VMware vSphere 6.x/7.x
- LAN/WAN concepts
- Document Management Systems (Worldox/iManage)
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication

- Experience working in a team environment
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
- Can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Education:
Minimum of an Associate’s degree in a technology related field or equivalent combination of related education and experience
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift a minimum of forty pounds
