Corporate/Private Equity Associate (Mid)

Seeking attorneys to join our client's nationally recognized Private Equity and Business & Technology Groups. Candidates should have significant experience in private equity, M&A, venture capital, or other corporate transactional work. They should possess a strong desire to practice at a very sophisticated level in complex, fast-paced deals. The ideal candidate has excellent professional judgment, is highly motivated to provide exceptional client service, and values the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a collaborative environment where everyone knows one another. Large firm experience preferred.
