San Diego Office – Corporate Legal Assistant
Our client is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to support the San Diego office. Candidates must have extensive, recent experience working with corporate/transactional documents in a law firm environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to, typing, formatting and redlining corporate/transactional legal documents; preparing closings; document comparison, transcription and proofreading; answering phones; entering attorney time; preparing and distributing client bills; managing calendars, travel arrangements and expense reimbursements along with other general secretarial duties and projects as assigned.
This position requires a professional, organized self-starter with the ability to interact with staff and clients at all levels in a fast-paced, challenging legal environment. A proactive work ethic, the ability to anticipate needs, strong decision making skills, attention to detail, and a flexible schedule are a must.

The expected salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $105,000. The actual base salary offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
