The firm is hiring a Conflicts Attorney to join its conflicts clearing team, helping to manage the conflict resolution process for new business intake while minimizing risk to the firm and its clients. Responsibilities include conducting conflicts checks, reviewing reports, identifying and resolving conflicts, drafting engagement and waiver letters, and maintaining ethical walls. The role also involves advising attorneys on conflict issues, monitoring changes in ethics rules, and supporting business intake processes.

Candidates must have a Juris Doctorate, be admitted to a U.S. bar, and have 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in conflicts or professional responsibility at a large law firm. Strong analytical, communication, research, and organizational skills are essential.

The position allows for remote work near any firm office, with occasional in-person events and meetings. Salary ranges from $112K to $202K, depending on location and experience, with eligibility for bonuses and comprehensive benefits supporting professional and personal well-being.
