Commercial Finance – Of Counsel

Our client seeks an Of Counsel to join their Commercial Finance Practice. Candidate must have extensive experience representing financial institutions and finance companies in a wide variety of complex credit transactions, including syndicated and asset-based facilities.   Familiarity or experience with equipment leasing, mortgage warehouse facilities and tax-exempt financings is a plus.

The ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and in teams is essential and a demonstrated record of client service is strongly desired.  This position may be hybrid or fully remote.
