This strategic role focuses on expanding key client relationships and supporting high-value business development initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Relations in New York, the manager works closely with senior lawyers, the global Business Development team, and other departments to drive growth across priority accounts.

Key duties include supporting Relationship Managers in developing and executing client plans, identifying cross-selling opportunities, coordinating meetings with stakeholders, and using dashboards to track goals. The role also involves managing pitches, RFPs, and attorney prep sessions, while overseeing junior team members and maintaining Salesforce data integrity.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus) and at least 5 years of experience in professional services marketing or business development, ideally within a law firm. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Salesforce experience is a plus.
