Client Receivables Manager

The Client Receivables Manager role focuses on the firm's Client Inventory Management, which includes analyzing client accounts, collaborating with Billing Attorneys, ensuring timely invoice payments, and resolving difficult receivables. Key responsibilities involve managing delinquent accounts, maintaining communication with clients and attorneys, providing updates and forecasts, and developing action plans for inventory trends and risks. The role also includes promoting adherence to firm policies, minimizing accounts receivable write-offs, improving workflow methods, and building relationships with support departments. 

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and five years of experience in law firm or business-to-business collections, excellent organizational and communication skills, relationship-building abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and possibly experience with Thompson Reuters 3E. Prior AmLaw 100 law firm experience is preferred.
