The Client Intake (Conflicts) Analyst position, based in Boston, New York, or Washington D.C., is a critical role within the Firm’s Client Intake Department, aimed at mitigating risks associated with potential new business. Responsibilities include conducting corporate research on legal entities, performing conflict searches, generating conflict reports, and providing intake policy guidance to attorneys and staff. The Analyst will also participate in weekend and holiday coverage, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to inquiries.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in conflicts analysis or a similar role within a large law firm. They should possess knowledge of conflict rules, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The role requires creative problem-solving skills, the ability to handle pressure and deadlines, and a commitment to confidentiality and integrity. A familiarity with Intapp, CapIQ, and LexisNexis is favorable, alongside proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. The salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $85,000, and it is bonus eligible, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
