The firm is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial operations. The CFO will oversee all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, cash management, financial analysis, and compliance. As a key member of the leadership team, the CFO will report to the COO, Managing Partner, and Executive Committee, and collaborate with various firm committees.

This role requires strategic planning, process improvement, and the ability to drive firm-wide financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with at least 10 years of senior-level experience in a professional services firm, preferably with knowledge of Aderant Sierra software. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential. The position involves managing financial systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing budgets, and guiding the firm’s financial strategy. Experience in risk management, internal controls, and staff development is also required. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
