The role involves collaborating with senior attorneys to devise and manage strategic business plans aligned with the firm’s goals. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, implementing business development initiatives, preparing client pitch materials, and coordinating with marketing teams on cross-practice efforts. Additionally, the manager will support event planning, maintain updated client lists, draft submissions for awards, and develop targeted marketing materials while ensuring confidentiality and integrity with sensitive information.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with at least three years of professional services marketing experience, ideally in a law firm context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. Proficiency in marketing-related technology, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce, is required. The salary range for this position is between $170,000 and $249,500, depending on experience and location.
