Business Development Manager – Real Estate, Environmental, State AG

Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to support their Real Estate, Environmental, and State Attorneys General practice groups. This role involves strategic collaboration with practice group leaders and attorneys to enhance client development and pursue new business opportunities. The candidate should possess a mix of creativity, strategic insight, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include:
– Strategic Planning: Developing and executing business development plans to boost firm visibility and brand recognition while adapting to market changes.
– Business Development: Identifying opportunities, managing RFPs, and collaborating with teams to enhance client relationships and retention.
– Research and Knowledge Management: Conducting competitiveness assessments and managing CRM to track client relationships and business activities.
– Performance Management: Overseeing marketing initiatives and tracking development opportunities, including the outcomes of pitches and proposals.
– Training:Guiding attorneys in business development practices.
– Marketing Communications: Creating strategies for raising visibility through events and content marketing.

The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate degree, 5 years of experience in marketing or business development, and strong organizational and communication skills. 

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000.
