The Business Development Proposals Manager is a vital member of the firm’s Marketing and Business Development Department, responsible for driving strategy and execution of strategic RFP/RFI responses, managing the global panel development program, and supporting other key business development initiatives. This role centers on overseeing RFP/RFI processes from inception to final delivery, ensuring high-quality, targeted responses that align with the firm's objectives. The Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including strategic pricing, accounting, and IT, to provide seamless and impactful responses. They also strategize and coach attorneys for client pitches and presentations while maintaining all proposal-related activities in the firm’s centralized systems.

In addition to managing proposals, the Manager plays a leading role in maximizing opportunities through the global panel development program by working closely with relationship lawyers and business development colleagues to drive client panel growth. The role also involves supporting client relationship management, enhancing proposal processes, and contributing to broader business development efforts. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, have at least three years of relevant experience (preferably in law firms), and demonstrate exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills. This hybrid position, reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager – Proposals, offers a salary range of $112,000–$165,500 based on experience and location.
