The Business Development Manager for Litigation will support the firm’s Antitrust and Competition & International Arbitration practices by collaborating with senior lawyers and the Business Development team to implement effective marketing strategies and external communications. The ideal candidate will have a background in litigation or transactions with at least three years of relevant experience in professional services marketing. Key responsibilities include strategizing with senior attorneys, developing business plans and budgets, identifying target clients, and preparing pitch materials. The role also involves coordinating marketing efforts for practice events, maintaining updated communication materials, and supporting the training of Litigation BD Specialists. Essential qualifications include excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in marketing software, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. The position is exempt and reports to the Assistant Director of Business Development, offering a hybrid workplace environment with a competitive salary range depending on location. The successful candidate will also be responsible for upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity regarding sensitive client information. The anticipated salary range for this role is between $176,000 and $256,500.
