The Benefits Coordinator will assist in administering global benefits and well-being programs, ensuring compliance with health, welfare, and retirement plan requirements. This role involves managing expatriate insurance programs, reviewing Workday Benefits enrollment tasks, and liaising with third-party administrators regarding COBRA processes. The coordinator will communicate effectively with attorneys and staff across all levels to resolve benefits-related inquiries and ensure proper delivery of electronic eligibility files from insurance carriers.
In addition to managing benefits policy renewals for international offices, the coordinator will support well-being initiatives by collaborating with wellness vendors for programming and events. Responsibilities include maintaining the benefits and wellness intranet to promote these programs and coordinating benefits onboarding for new hires, as well as exit interviews for departing employees. Duties also encompass processing vendor invoices and aiding in annual budget preparation while continually evaluating processes for operational improvement. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of benefits administration experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday HRMS, and a strong attention to detail. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team. The salary range is $75,000 – $106,000.
