Audit Letter Coordinator

The Audit Letter Coordinator will assist in managing the firm’s audit letter response process under the direction of the Audit Letter Supervisor. This role involves coordinating with Audit Letter Analysts and business professionals to ensure timely and compliant responses to audit letter requests from clients. Responsibilities include tracking incoming requests, organizing workflow, monitoring project workload, and assisting attorneys with risk and compliance questions.

The Coordinator will obtain and analyze accounting reports using 3E Financial, prepare materials for audit letter review, draft responses, and ensure all documentation meets ABA guidelines and firm policies. Additionally, they will manage timekeeper polls, flag relevant disclosures, and oversee the delivery of responses to auditors while maintaining accurate records in iManage. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a corporate legal environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office and iManage, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. A bachelor’s degree and prior experience as a legal secretary, case assistant, or paralegal are preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential. The position offers an annual salary range of $67,600 – $90,480, depending on experience and location, with the possibility of overtime as needed.
