Our client is seeking an Attorney Development Coordinator for their Washington D.C. office (hybrid). This role supports the Attorney Development function by managing various processes, including onboarding new attorneys, coordinating transfers, departures, and leaves of absence, and handling bar admissions and renewals. The Coordinator is responsible for preparing personnel files, planning orientations, conducting onboarding training, and managing exit interviews. They also oversee attorney evaluations, maintain department records, and respond to employment verification requests.
The role involves collaborating with the Attorney Recruiting team, supporting special projects, and serving as a resource for attorneys in the DC office. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of development or program coordination experience in a professional services environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities are essential. Proficiency with industry-standard software and flexibility to meet the firm's needs are also required. The expected salary range is $70,000 to $78,000, dependent on experience, education, and location.
