The Associate Recruiting Manager is a key member of the firm’s Associate Recruiting team, responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for associates in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. This role supports the Recruiting Committee’s strategic goals, manages the summer associate program, maintains relationships with law schools, analyzes market trends, and ensures the development and management of recruiting staff. The position requires frequent travel between offices and may offer a hybrid work schedule, though certain times of the year will demand in-office presence.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with office leadership and Recruiting Committee members, managing the Summer Program, and maintaining strong connections with regional law schools to enhance the firm’s brand. The Associate Recruiting Manager will also manage office outreach, provide research and data analysis, and handle confidential information with care.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment. A Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience in legal recruitment or professional services are required, along with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. The estimated salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $240,000.
